Role Summary

As a Guest Experience Specialist, you'll assist guests throughout their journey by offering guidance, coordinating important details, and helping ensure a seamless experience from beginning to end.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist with special requests, modifications, and experience enhancements
  • Monitor active bookings and help ensure all details are handled efficiently
  • Maintain accurate guest records and documentation
  • Utilize company tools and resources to support daily operations
  • Work alongside team members to deliver exceptional service experiences
