Role Summary

Do you enjoy creating exceptional customer experiences while helping people plan memorable vacations? We are growing our remote team and seeking friendly, organized, and service-oriented individuals to join us as Guest Relations Advisors.

In this role, you'll become a trusted resource for travelers by helping them explore vacation options, coordinating travel details, and providing attentive support throughout the planning process. Whether you're starting a new career or looking for a flexible remote opportunity, you'll receive comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to grow professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with clients by learning about their travel interests, vacation goals, timelines, and budgets
  • Research destinations, resorts, hotels, cruises, guided vacations, transportation, excursions, and attractions
  • Recommend personalized travel experiences that align with each client's preferences and expectations
  • Coordinate reservations, accommodations, transportation, and itinerary details using approved travel partners
  • Prepare booking confirmations, travel itineraries, required documentation, and departure information
  • Assist with reservation modifications, itinerary updates, cancellations, and special travel accommodations
  • Review travel arrangements to help ensure bookings are complete, accurate, and ready for departure
  • Keep travelers informed by providing timely updates, answering questions, and offering planning support
  • Maintain organized client profiles, reservation history, and communication records within company systems
  • Utilize supplier relationships and company resources to deliver exceptional client service
  • Expand your travel expertise through destination training, supplier education, and ongoing professional development
