Summary Overview

Are you looking for a flexible remote opportunity that combines your passion for travel with helping others? We are seeking motivated, outgoing, and service-driven individuals to join our growing team as Lifestyle Travel Sales Advisor.

In this role, you'll work one-on-one with clients to learn about their travel goals, recommend vacation experiences that fit their lifestyle, and assist with coordinating every stage of their journey. Whether clients are planning a romantic escape, luxury resort stay, family vacation, cruise, group trip, or bucket-list adventure, you'll help create personalized travel experiences while delivering exceptional customer service.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and working independently. No prior travel industry experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you build a rewarding remote career.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to discuss their travel interests, preferences, and vacation plans
  • Research destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, guided tours, and vacation packages
  • Present customized travel recommendations based on client needs and budget
  • Coordinate accommodations, transportation, excursions, and travel-related services
  • Guide clients through available options, pricing, and reservation details
  • Communicate professionally through phone, email, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings
  • Collaborate with travel suppliers to confirm bookings and travel arrangements
  • Review reservations and itineraries to ensure all details are accurate
  • Maintain organized client records and booking documentation
  • Monitor travel news, supplier promotions, and destination updates
  • Provide outstanding client support before, during, and after travel

Qualifications

  • Interest in travel, sales, hospitality, tourism, customer service, or client consulting
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a remote work environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online applications
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
