In this role, you'll assist clients throughout various stages of their experience by providing guidance, coordinating important details, and helping ensure every interaction is smooth, professional, and positive. Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions, requests, and support needs
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and available options
  • Assist with coordinating schedules, reservations, and experience-related arrangements
  • Communicate confirmations, reminders, updates, and next steps in a timely manner
  • Support clients with modifications, special requests, and routine service concerns
  • Research available solutions and resources to meet client needs
  • Monitor ongoing requests and follow up to ensure completion
  • Maintain detailed records and update client information within company systems
  • Utilize company platforms and approved resources to manage daily responsibilities
