Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, people-focused individuals to join our virtual team as Travel Advisors. In this role, you will work with clients to understand their vacation goals and help them explore experiences that fit their preferences, timeframe, and budget.

You may assist with all-inclusive resorts, cruises, family vacations, romantic getaways, group trips, tours, special occasions, and international destinations. This opportunity is a strong fit for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, researching destinations, and organizing details.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to learn about their vacation interests and priorities
  • Research destinations and experiences based on individual requests
  • Evaluate resorts, hotels, cruises, tours, activities, transportation, and vacation packages
  • Create personalized recommendations for clients to review
  • Explain relevant features, inclusions, amenities, and available supplier offers
  • Guide clients through their options and assist with selected arrangements
  • Coordinate reservations using approved supplier and booking resources
  • Organize confirmations and essential trip information
  • Monitor payment schedules and important planning dates
  • Review traveler information and reservation details for accuracy
  • Maintain communication with clients throughout the planning process
  • Assist with routine questions, updates, and changes
  • Keep accurate client and reservation records
  • Continue expanding destination and supplier knowledge

Qualifications

  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with an interest in helping others
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Comfortable researching and comparing information online
  • Able to manage client communication and follow-up independently
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to learn
  • Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
  • Comfortable learning supplier platforms and online booking systems
  • Reliable internet access and compatible device
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region
