About the Position

Are you someone who enjoys creating positive experiences, assisting others, and keeping projects organized? We are expanding our remote team and looking for service-oriented individuals to join us as Travel Care Specialists.

In this role, you'll help clients throughout the travel planning process by answering questions, coordinating vacation details, and providing personalized assistance before, during, and after their trips. If you're passionate about customer service, enjoy learning about destinations, and thrive in a remote work environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Support travelers with vacation planning, booking assistance, and general travel inquiries
  • Get to know each client's travel style, interests, budget, and vacation goals
  • Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, transportation, excursions, and travel experiences
  • Recommend travel options that best fit each client's preferences
  • Coordinate reservations, itineraries, and trip-related services using approved booking platforms
  • Deliver confirmations, travel documents, schedules, and important pre-departure information
  • Assist with itinerary updates, special requests, and travel-related adjustments
  • Verify reservation details and travel documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Follow up on active bookings to help ensure every travel plan is ready for departure
  • Maintain organized client files, trip notes, and communication records within company systems
  • Utilize supplier resources and internal tools to provide exceptional client support
  • Continue building your knowledge through training sessions, destination updates, and professional development
