As a Travel Client Assistance Coordinator, you'll help travelers navigate the vacation planning process, provide personalized guidance, and assist with coordinating travel arrangements to create smooth and enjoyable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients throughout the travel planning and booking process
  • Gather information regarding traveler preferences, interests, budgets, and vacation goals
  • Research destinations, resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation options, excursions, and activities
  • Present travel options and recommendations tailored to individual client needs
  • Help coordinate reservations, trip components, and itinerary details
  • Provide travelers with confirmations, travel schedules, documentation, and important updates
  • Support clients with travel changes, special accommodations, and service-related requests
  • Verify travel information and booking details for accuracy and completeness
  • Monitor upcoming trips and assist with completing final travel preparations
  • Maintain organized client records, communication logs, and trip documentation within company systems
  • Utilize supplier resources, company tools, and training materials to support traveler needs
  • Participate in ongoing education, destination training, and professional development programs
