Role Overview

Our team is seeking organized and detail-focused individuals to support travel coordination and client experience activities in a fully remote environment.

As a Travel Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in helping manage travel-related processes, organizing trip information, and ensuring important details are handled efficiently. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy structure, problem-solving, and working behind the scenes to help create smooth travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with coordinating travel arrangements and reservation-related activities
  • Review trip details to help ensure information is complete and accurate
  • Organize itineraries, confirmations, and client documentation
  • Support clients with travel-related requests and general planning assistance
  • Communicate with clients and travel partners through email, phone, and online platforms
  • Track booking updates and maintain organized digital records
  • Research travel products, destination information, and supplier offerings
  • Help facilitate changes, updates, and special requests when needed
  • Maintain professional communication throughout the client experience
  • Attend virtual training sessions and team meetings
