Role Description

Are you passionate about helping people bring their travel ideas to life? Do you enjoy researching options, organizing details, and delivering excellent customer support? We're seeking motivated individuals to join our remote team as Travel Planning Advisor.

In this role, you'll work directly with clients to help coordinate travel arrangements, provide trip-planning assistance, and support travelers throughout the booking journey. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexibility, professional development, and the ability to work from home while assisting others with meaningful experiences.

No prior travel industry experience is necessary. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and the tools needed to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with planning vacations, cruises, resort stays, and other leisure travel experiences
  • Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and travel products using approved booking resources
  • Present travel options that align with customer preferences, budgets, and timelines
  • Coordinate reservation requests and review travel details for accuracy
  • Provide exceptional service and support before, during, and after the booking process
  • Communicate with clients through phone, email, and digital communication platforms
  • Help manage itinerary revisions, travel updates, and reservation-related requests
  • Maintain accurate client profiles, booking records, and supporting documentation
  • Participate in ongoing training programs and team development opportunities
