Position Summary

Our growing remote team is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals who enjoy assisting others and delivering outstanding service. As a Travel Support Associate, you'll help clients throughout the travel planning process by providing guidance, coordinating important trip details, and ensuring travelers receive a high level of support before, during, and after their journeys.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and contributing to positive travel experiences while enjoying the flexibility of a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with travel-related questions, planning needs, and service requests
  • Gather information about traveler preferences, interests, budgets, and vacation objectives
  • Research destinations, resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation options, and activities
  • Present travel solutions and recommendations tailored to individual client needs
  • Support reservation coordination and itinerary organization
  • Communicate confirmations, travel schedules, documentation, and important updates
  • Assist with itinerary revisions, special accommodations, and travel-related concerns
  • Review travel arrangements and booking details for accuracy and completeness
  • Track upcoming trips and help ensure all planning elements are finalized
  • Maintain detailed client records, notes, and communication history within company platforms
  • Utilize supplier resources and company tools to support traveler requests
  • Participate in training programs, destination education, and professional development activities
