Position Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic, detail-focused individuals to join our virtual team as Vacation Experience Coordinator. This role centers on helping clients move from vacation ideas to organized arrangements by providing research, coordination, and dependable support throughout the planning process.

You may work with all-inclusive resorts, cruises, romantic escapes, family vacations, group trips, tours, celebrations, and international getaways. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy creating positive customer experiences while keeping multiple details organized.

Previous travel industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational resources are provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients to learn about their vacation interests, preferred dates, and spending range
  • Explore destinations and experiences that fit individual requests
  • Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, and activities
  • Prepare vacation choices tailored to client preferences
  • Provide clear information about available services, amenities, and package features
  • Assist with arranging selected vacation components through approved supplier resources
  • Keep confirmation details and reservation information organized
  • Monitor deposits, final payments, documentation needs, and important dates
  • Review traveler information and arrangements for accuracy
  • Maintain communication as clients move through the planning process
  • Respond to routine questions and assist with requested updates
  • Keep accurate records of client preferences, communications, and arrangements
  • Continue building destination and supplier knowledge

Candidate Qualifications

  • Friendly and professional communication style

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Careful attention to details and deadlines
  • Comfortable researching information and using online resources
  • Able to handle multiple client requests efficiently
  • Self-directed and comfortable working remotely
  • Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
  • Willing to learn supplier systems and reservation technology
  • Reliable internet access and compatible device
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or other qualifying regions
