About the Opportunity

We are seeking dependable, enthusiastic individuals who enjoy assisting others, researching vacation destinations, and organizing important details. As a Vacation Support Advisor, you will help clients explore travel possibilities, understand available vacation services, and coordinate arrangements that match their interests and preferences.

This remote opportunity involves supporting travelers with a variety of experiences, including all-inclusive resorts, cruises, family vacations, romantic getaways, luxury accommodations, guided tours, group trips, and international destinations.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Respond to vacation inquiries and assist clients with identifying suitable travel options
  • Gather essential information about preferred destinations, vacation dates, budgets, and special requests
  • Research available flights, accommodations, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, tours, and excursions
  • Review destination information and identify experiences that meet individual client needs
  • Compare supplier offerings, available amenities, package inclusions, and reservation requirements
  • Prepare personalized vacation recommendations based on client preferences
  • Explain relevant booking details, pricing considerations, and travel-related services
  • Communicate with clients through phone, email, and approved online platforms
  • Assist with coordinating selected reservations using authorized supplier booking systems
  • Review traveler information and booking details to ensure accuracy
  • Organize confirmation documents, reservation records, and itinerary information
  • Monitor important booking deadlines, payment schedules, and required documentation
  • Provide updates regarding reservation progress and upcoming travel arrangements
  • Follow up with clients when additional information or decisions are needed
  • Assist with routine booking questions, reservation adjustments, and general service requests
  • Maintain professional relationships with prospective and returning clients
  • Stay informed about destination updates, supplier promotions, and available vacation products

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Strong interest in customer service, hospitality, and vacation planning
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Friendly, helpful, and client-focused approach
  • Ability to listen carefully and understand individual preferences
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable conducting online research and comparing different options
  • Ability to manage several responsibilities while meeting deadlines
  • Dependable follow-through and effective time management
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Basic knowledge of computers, email, internet applications, and digital communication tools
  • Willingness to learn reservation platforms and supplier technology
  • Reliable internet access and a compatible computer or device
  • Motivated to participate in training and continued professional development
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Mexico, Australia or another qualifying region
  • No previous travel industry experience required
