Position Summary

We are seeking polished, highly organized individuals to join our remote team as VIP Client Services Coordinator. In this role, you will support clients who value personalized attention, responsive communication, and carefully managed vacation arrangements.

You will help guide clients through the planning process by researching suitable options, coordinating requested services, and keeping important information organized and up to date. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Learn about each client's preferred destinations, travel dates, interests, budget, expectations, and special requests.
  • Research premium resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation experiences through approved supplier resources.
  • Coordinate selected arrangements and maintain accurate reservation details, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information.
  • Provide proactive client support by sharing timely updates, answering routine questions, following up on pending items, and assisting with standard changes or requests.
  • Monitor important deadlines, review arrangements for accuracy, keep client records current, and continue expanding your destination and supplier knowledge.

  • Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the U.S., U.K., Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying regions
