Overview

We are currently expanding our team and seeking organized, service-focused individuals to join us as Work-From-Home Reservations Advisor. In this remote role, you will assist clients with researching travel options, coordinating reservations, and ensuring all booking details are accurate and well organized.

You will serve as a key point of support for clients throughout the planning process, helping coordinate arrangements, provide helpful information, and manage booking updates when needed. This position combines customer support, reservation coordination, and administrative organization in a fully remote environment.

This opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicating clearly, and working independently in a flexible work-from-home setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with creating and organizing customized trip itineraries
  • Research and compare reservation options using approved booking platforms
  • Provide accurate information and helpful recommendations based on client preferences and budget
  • Coordinate reservations and confirm details with travel suppliers and partners
  • Manage booking updates, schedule changes, and service-related questions promptly
