Horace recherche un.e conseiller(e)re en CDI pour notre boutique à Strasbourg. Nous cherchons une personne vive d’esprit, capable de trouver des solutions afin de créer une expérience unique. Tu géreras aussi bien ce qui passe dans l’espace de conseil, de stock et d’administratif afin de créer la meilleure expérience possible.

Responsabilités

En tant que véritable ambassadeur Horace, ton rôle sera de travailler en collaboration avec la team pour améliorer la performance (KPI) et développer la culture.

Tes missions seront :

Accueil et conseils auprès des clients

  • Accueillir les clients et agir en tant que premier point de contact avec la marque
  • Créer une atmosphère spéciale et engager avec les clients
  • Partager l’histoire de Horace et agir en tant qu’expert de la marque
  • Partager vos connaissances produits ainsi que vos expériences personnelles
  • Aider les clients à choisir les bons produits pour eux
  • Guider les clients dans l’espace et toujours anticiper leurs besoins

Performance

  • Participer au suivi de l’activité en respectant nos KPIs (chiffres d'affaires, indice de vente, panier moyen, taux de transformation)

Maintenance

  • Maintenir la boutique propre et avec un inventaire suffisant
  • Partager les besoins de maintenance à l’équipe du bureau
  • Gérer les stocks des fournitures et autres éléments dont l’équipe a besoin

Profil recherché

  • Tu as au minimum deux ans d’expérience en boutique dans tout type de secteur
  • Tu adores créer une expérience inoubliable pour le client et tu sais à quel point les détails sont importants
  • Tu sais prendre du recul et tu trouves toujours des solutions surtout lorsqu’il s’agit de l’expérience-client
  • Tu relèves tes manches et tu vas au charbon quand c’est nécessaire
  • Tu es flexible dans tes horaires, aussi bien le soir que le weekend

Déroulement du process de recrutement :

  • Un 1er screening avec notre Responsable Boutique, pour mieux te connaitre, comprendre ton plan de carrière
  • Un entretien avec le Responsable Régional Retail, te parler du poste et répondre à tes questions
