Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recrutons notre futur-e Assistant-e RH & Recrutement en stage à partir du mois d'Août.

Responsabilités

Au sein de l’équipe People et rattaché·e à la Head of People, tu joues un rôle clé dans la gestion RH au quotidien et le développement de nos équipes. En parallèle, tu interviendras en appui de la Head of Recruitment & Office pour soutenir activement le recrutement des équipes retail et siège.

Tes missions seront :

  • Administration du personnel & Paie : Tu gères le suivi administratif des collaborateurs (onboarding, absences, visites médicales, dossiers salariés) et prépares les éléments de paie via Payfit.
  • Recrutement (Retail & Siège) : Du sourcing à l'entretien, tu pilotes l'attraction de nos futurs talents et assures le suivi des candidatures sur Teamtailor avec une expérience candidat soignée.
  • Projets & Process RH : Tu participes à la formalisation et à la structuration des procédures internes pour fluidifier le quotidien.

Profil recherché

  • Parcours : Une première expérience ou une forte sensibilité aux sujets RH et au recrutement.
  • Outils : À l'aise avec la suite Google, idéalement avec une première approche de Payfit et Teamtailor.
  • Atouts : On cherche quelqu'un de rigoureux, très bien organisé et doté d'un excellent relationnel (oral comme écrit).
  • Posture : Discrétion (confidentialité RH indispensable), réactivité et un vrai sens du travail en équipe.
