Job Responsibilities

1.Marketing Administration & Coordination

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the marketing team.
  • Coordinate marketing materials, promotional items, suppliers and related logistics.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, mailing lists, reports and documentation.
  • Assist with purchase requisitions, quotation comparisons, invoice processing and budget tracking.
  • Support the preparation of marketing presentations, reports and internal communications.

2. Event Planning & Management

  • Assist in planning, coordinating and executing marketing events, including exhibitions, seminars, webinars, conferences and roadshows.
  • Liaise with event organisers, vendors, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Coordinate event logistics, registration, promotional materials, venue arrangements and on-site activities.
  • Monitor event timelines, deliverables and administrative requirements.
  • Support post-event reporting, lead consolidation and follow-up activities.

3.Marketing Activities & Support

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns, E-Mail marketing and social media activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing activities are delivered on schedule.
  • Assist in updating marketing content, promotional materials and communication channels.
  • Perform other marketing-related duties and ad hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Event Management or a related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of relevant working experience in marketing coordination, marketing administration or event management.
  • Prior hands-on experience in organising or coordinating corporate events, exhibitions, seminars or similar activities is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with different stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Willingness to travel and support events outside regular working hours when required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B marketing or an industrial/technical business environment.
  • Familiarity with E-Mail marketing platforms, social media management or basic digital marketing tools.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Canva would be an advantage.
