Ce que vous ferez chez nous (Spoiler : c'est passionnant techniquement !)

  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre une infrastructure performante et évolutive : participez à la création et au déploiement d'infrastructures critiques pour notre offre de services managés, intégrant hébergement, connectivité aux échanges et gestion des données de marché.
  • Déployer des solutions robustes et optimisées : travaillez sur des environnements variés (on-premises, colocation, cloud) dans une infrastructure distribuée mondiale, répondant aux exigences de performances élevées et de latence minimale.
  • Moderniser notre écosystème technologique : migrez des services existants vers une architecture basée sur des microservices et des conteneurs (Docker, Kubernetes), tout en améliorant notre pile de déploiement et d'intégration.
  • Garantir la fiabilité des plateformes : automatisez les tâches de maintenance, mettez en place un monitoring en temps réel, effectuez des vérifications proactives et assurez les mises à jour et correctifs nécessaires.
  • Renforcer la sécurité de nos systèmes : déployez des solutions innovantes pour protéger nos plateformes hébergées et assurez leur conformité aux standards de sécurité, SOC2 notamment.
  • Veiller au respect des processus : appliquez rigoureusement les procédures de gestion des changements (CAB, "validation à 4 yeux", gestion d'accès temporaire).
  • Partager et promouvoir les meilleures pratiques : participez activement à la sensibilisation technologique, à la normalisation des outils et méthodes, et collaborez avec des experts dans un environnement Agile et DevOps.
  • Collaborer dans un cadre international : échangez avec des équipes réparties dans plusieurs fuseaux horaires et intervenez sur des projets mondiaux impliquant Horizon, ses clients et partenaires.

Vos indispensables :

  • La volonté de travailler du dimanche au vendredi inclus afin d’assurer une couverture optimale pour nos clients ,
  • Administration des systèmes Linux (RHEL) et scripting (bash, python, Gitlab , Ansible ).
  • Développement Python
  • Configuration CI-CD et outils associés (e.g. Gitlab CI, ArgoCD ou équivalent)
  • Déploiements et configuration Docker ou Kubernetes
  • Utilisation d’une solution de monitoring (idéalement Datadog ou équivalent )
  • Première expérience avec un fournisseur de services Cloud ( idéalement Azure)
  • Connaissances en: Architectures On prem et Cloud Réseau : VLAN, routage IP, BGP, pare-feu (VPN, règles) Systèmes d'alerting et procédures Méthodologies Agile et DevOps

Vos super-pouvoirs (si vous les avez, on adore encore plus) :

  • Compétences en réseau : VLAN, routage IP, pare-feu (VPN, règles)
  • Expérience avec infrastructure-as-code (e.g. Terraform , Cloud init )
  • Bonnes bases en déploiement ou développement d'applications Python ( Django) ou Java (Spring, Quark us)
  • Administration des bases de données PostgreSQL
  • Expérience avec Prometheus, InfluxDB, Telegraf ou Grafana
  • Expérience dans un modèle de travail "follow the sun"
  • Connaissances des opérations d'applications de trading ou financières
  • Connaissances d ’un ou plusieurs référentiel (s) de sécurité et de processus d’audit type SOC2
  • La maîtrise d e l’angla is écrit et parlé est un atout
