Vil du stå i spidsen for en hyggelig bagerbutik, hvor kvalitet, godt håndværk og gode kundeoplevelser er i centrum? Så er det måske dig, vi leder efter.

Efter hele 12 års tro tjeneste har vores nuværende butikschef valgt at søge nye udfordringer. Derfor søger vi nu en ny butikschef til Hornbæk Bageri, som har lyst til at blive en vigtig del af vores hverdag og være med til at drive butikken videre.

Som butikschef får du en central rolle i den daglige drift og bliver ansigtet udadtil over for vores kunder. Du skal være med til at sikre, at butikken altid fremstår indbydende, og at vores kunder får en god oplevelse – hver gang.

Dine opgaver vil blandt andet være:

· Ansvar for den daglige drift af butikken

· Ledelse, planlægning og koordinering af medarbejderne

· Sikre god kundeservice og et højt serviceniveau

· Varebestilling, opfyldning og disponering

· Ansvar for butikkens præsentation og udtryk

· Oplæring og introduktion af nye medarbejdere

· Vagtplanlægning og den daglige koordinering

· At være en aktiv del af teamet i butikken

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Har erfaring fra butik, café, bageri eller lignende
  • Har lyst til at tage ansvar og gå forrest
  • Er imødekommende og serviceminded
  • Er god til at skabe struktur og bevare overblikket – også når der er travlt
  • Kan motivere og samarbejde med forskellige mennesker
  • Har et godt humør og bidrager positivt til arbejdsmiljøet
  • Har lyst til at være en del af et lokalt bageri, hvor kunderne betyder meget

Det vigtigste for os er ikke nødvendigvis din titel eller uddannelse, men at du har lysten, engagementet og evnen til at få både mennesker og butik til at fungere godt.
