Om rollen Har du tidigare bakgrund som sälj-, avdelnings- eller kanske butikschef? Då kan du vara den vi söker! I rollen som avdelningschef har du det övergripande ansvaret att leda och fördela arbetet i den dagliga driften i ditt team. Du ska utveckla och motivera dina medarbetare så att de stimuleras och bidrar till en positiv arbetsmiljö som smittar av sig på våra kunder.

Aktivt arbeta för exponering och optimering av processer Agera förebild vad gäller rådgivning och försäljning gentemot kund Upptäcka problem och komma med lösningsförslag, samt säkerställa att standarder upprätthålls.

Din profil Du är en förebild för dina kollegor och du drivs av att jobba i ett team. Du har ett brinnande intresse för försäljning och drivs dagligen av att utveckla ditt och ditt teams försäljningsarbete Ditt ledarskap präglas av en ödmjukhet och ett coachande förhållningssätt Tidigare ledarskapserfarenhet av att leda grupper om 10-15 personer Du har erfarenhet från detaljhandeln, med vana att hantera stora volymer samt kunskaper inom minst ett av Hornbachs produktområden. Goda administrativa kunskaper, gärna tidigare kunskaper inom ATOSS och SAP Du tänker affärsmässigt i verksamhetens alla led och har en god förmåga att omvandla strategi till handling. God kunskap och erfarenhet inom ekonomi för att kunna utveckla avdelningar och dess lönsamhet Som person är du noggrann och lösningsorienterad. B-körkort är meriterande
