Schedule: Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays based on business demands. Schedule variations will be communicated in advance. Position Summary Are you a skilled cook who loves creating great food and delivering memorable guest experiences? Join our culinary team as a Cook II aboard our scenic passenger vessel and help prepare high-quality dishes in a unique waterfront setting. What You'll Do

Prepare food according to recipes, quality standards, and service timelines. Collaborate with chefs and kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations. Manage multiple orders in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Maintain food quality, presentation, freshness, and proper storage practices. Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards. Support kitchen organization and daily operations. Continue developing culinary skills through teamwork and hands-on experience.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of previous kitchen or culinary experience preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Energetic, reliable, and team-oriented attitude. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work quickly, follow direction, and manage multiple priorities. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move food supplies up to 40 pounds. Must meet minimum state age requirements. Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.
