This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Mioveni, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What we’re looking for

  • Student in computer science, telecommunications or a related field.
  • The ability to understand the functional supply chain processes of clients, their needs and expectations and to translate them into IT commitments and contributions.
  • General knowledge about IT infrastructures and mobile equipment.
  • Foreign languages: English, (French and / or Spanish represent an advantage).
  • Knowledge about network equipment and servers is a plus.

Personal skills: curiosity in the digital field, initiative and positive spirit, team spirit, listening and communication, comfortable with sharing and transferring knowledge to others, rigorous and attentive to details.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Analytical and problem-solving techniques, excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Useful Low Code knowledge: Power Automate, Power Apps, VBA, Advanced MS Office

What will you do

  • Support the customer during the product definition phase to maximize product value.
  • Acts as a point of contact between the client and the IS IT team to ensure the necessary skills are available for effective product development.
  • Support the product owner to focus on value creation and business alignment.
  • Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, printers & phones.
  • Generate regular reports on system performance, capacity, and security.
  • Manages the access rights for the users of the applications in his area of responsibility, in accordance with the Company's procedures.
  • Contributes to the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction, meeting them with proposals, solutions or initiatives to improve the level of services.
  • Ensures the IS IT Horse Romania interface with the corresponding IS Corporate field.
