Horsens Ungdomsskole driver 15 ungdomsklubber, som har åbent i perioden fra september til april/maj med gratis fritidsaktiviteter for alle kommunens 13–17-årige. Klubberne er placeret i kommunens lokalområder for at være så tæt som muligt på de unges dagligdag. Den generelle åbningstid er ca. tre timer om aftenen 2-4 dage om ugen. Som klubmedarbejder vil du typisk skulle arbejde 1-2 aftener om ugen i hele klubsæsonen.

Derudover arrangerer Ungdomsskolen fritidsarrangementer og ture ud af huset, hvor klubmedarbejdere også forventes at kunne deltage.

Klubberne er i høj grad præget af ungeinvolvering samt et stærkt fokus på det gode ungeliv.

Vi tilbyder et meningsfuldt og relevant studie- eller deltidsjob med gode kolleger og engagerede klubkoordinatorer. Vi tilbyder en arbejdsplads, hvor du får indflydelse på klubbens hverdag; hvor du kan skabe sunde relationer med de lokale unge og agere som ambassadør for Horsens Ungdomsskole.

Vi forventer, at du er mødestabil, positiv og hjælpsom, og vi forventer, at du brænder for at gøre en forskel for de unge hver eneste klubaften.

Klubsæsonen starter i september, men der kan blive behov for ansættelser undervejs i sæsonen, hvorfor vi har dette åbne opslag uden en særlig ansøgningsfrist eller en specifik ansættelsesdato.
