Responsabilidades e atribuições:

  • Apoiar os processos mensais de compra e movimentação de benefícios, garantindo o atendimento aos prazos estabelecidos;
  • Realizar cadastros, inclusões, exclusões e alterações de benefícios nos sistemas e plataformas utilizados pela empresa;
  • Gerenciar o processo de faturamento dos benefícios junto aos fornecedores, realizando conferências dos valores faturados versus as bases de colaboradores e movimentações do período;
  • Acompanhar o processo de pagamento das faturas de benefícios, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos e apoiando o tratamento de eventuais divergências ou pendências. Validação de notas fiscais, boletos e demais documentos;
  • Contribuir com iniciativas de melhoria e automação de processos, utilizando ferramentas como Excel, Power Query, Power Automate e IA;
  • Apoiar a organização, padronização e otimização das rotinas da área;
  • Realizar cadastros, ajustes e Interface de Posições em Sistema (SAP).

Requisitos e qualificações:

  • Superior cursando em Gestão de RH, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento intermediário de Excel, facilidade para trabalhar com dados e planilhas, análises;
  • Conhecimento de Power Query / Power BI, Power Automate ou outras ferramentas de automação será um diferencial;
  • Experiência acadêmica ou prática com análise de dados;
  • Interesse em IA, tecnologia, automação e melhoria contínua.
