Deine Aufgaben

  • Digitale Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und -prüfungen unserer Ware (Obst und Gemüse)
  • Koordination und Überwachung von (Kunden-) Anforderungen an den Aufbau von Lieferketten und deren Teilnehmer
  • Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, gesetzlichen Vorschriften und Kundenanforderungen in Bezug auf Deklaration unserer Ware für Verkaufs- und Transportverpackungen entlang der gesamten Lieferkette
  • Kooperation mit internationalen Lieferanten (m/w/d)
  • Erstellung und Pflege wichtiger Qualitätsberichte – und Dokumentationen wie z.B. Produktspezifikationen
  • Aktive Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer bestehenden Qualitätsmanagementsysteme (HACCP, QS, Bio etc.)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen wie Einkauf, Logistik und Vertrieb, um optimale Qualität sicherzustellen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem lebensmittelrelevanten Bereich wie z.B. Agrarwissenschaften, Lebensmittelsicherheit, Ernährungswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische/technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Qualitätsmanagement
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung oder -management, vorzugsweise im Lebensmittelsektor ist wünschenswert
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Lebensmitteldeklaration und den geltenden lebensmittelrechtlichen Anforderungen
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Packaging und im Umgang mit technischen Darstellungen von Verpackungsbestandteilen
  • Kunden- sowie zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
