Por isso, todos, independentemente de sua raça, gênero, orientação sexual, idade ou qualquer outra característica, estão convidados a participar de nossos processos seletivos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e atribuições: Executar o tratamento radioterápico, operando o equipamento de radioterapia e posicionando o paciente e acessórios de imobilização conforme instruções da ficha técnica liberando o tratamento, efetuando os devidos registros no prontuário e orientando os pacientes sobre os cuidados durante o tratamento, para garantir o sucesso do tratamento planejado.Realizar imagens de localização e de controle dos pacientes durante o tratamento conforme protocolo institucional/orientação médica, operando o equipamento de imagem e fundindo as imagens adquiridas com as imagens de referência segundo a rotina do departamento para garantir a localização precisa do isocentro planejado e a liberação da dose no local correto.Confeccionar moldes e acessórios, seguindo as orientações da ficha de solicitação de molde/tomo, utilizando todos os recursos eacessórios disponíveis para obter uma imobilização reprodutível e que limite a movimentação do paciente, garantindo o máximo de conforto possível para o paciente e ao mesmo tempo seguindo as recomendações do médico e físico.Acompanhar as tomografias de planejamento, posicionando o paciente conforme pedido de tomografia e acessórios escolhidos, escolhendo o protocolo adequado para aquisição de imagens, avaliando a necessidade de utilizar FOV Estendido e ou IMAR, anotando no IPad os parâmetros utilizados e fotografando o posicionamento e os acessórios utilizados, para garantir a integridade dos dados que serão utilizados nas próximas etapas.Participar das reuniões diárias, aulas de reciclagem e treinamento, assistindo as aulas práticas e teóricas, para garantir uma comunicação efetiva e a execução segura de todos os procedimentos.Executar o controle de qualidade diário da máquina de tratamento e o controle de qualidade do tratamento, operando o equipamento de radioterapia e seguindo as instruções do protocolo de controle de qualidade, para garantir o funcionamento seguro do aparelho e garantir a qualidade dos tratamentos oferecidos.
