A função envolve estruturar processos no CRM, acompanhar indicadores e garantir que o paciente com indicação médica receba orientação clara sobre orçamento, formas de pagamento, convênios e agendamento, com acolhimento e transparência em cada etapa. Experiência na área é fundamental.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão de CRM e indicadoresGerenciar o funil de relacionamento no CRM, da indicação médica até a realização da cirurgia e o pós-operatório.Garantir a qualidade e a atualização dos registros no CRM, padronizando etapas, motivos e rotinas de uso pela equipe.Definir, acompanhar e analisar indicadores como taxa de agendamento após indicação, tempo entre consulta e cirurgia, motivos de não realização, produtividade da equipe e satisfação do paciente.Construir e manter dashboards e relatórios gerenciais para acompanhamento semanal e mensal.Apresentar resultados à diretoria, com análises e propostas de melhoria baseadas em dados.Liderança e estratégia comercialLiderar e desenvolver a equipe de atendimento comercial ativo e receptivo (inside sales), com rotinas de acompanhamento, feedback e treinamento.Definir e executar a estratégia comercial da jornada cirúrgica, em alinhamento com a diretoria.Estruturar fluxos de retorno para pacientes que receberam indicação e ainda não agendaram, respeitando o tempo e a decisão de cada um.Treinar a equipe em atendimento humanizado, comunicação clara e conduta ética.Integração e relacionamentoAtuar de forma integrada com corpo clínico, centro cirúrgico, faturamento, convênios e marketing.Conduzir parcerias institucionais com convênios, empresas e entidades, em conjunto com o marketing.Zelar pelo cumprimento da LGPD no tratamento de dados dos pacientes.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitosSuperior completo em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Marketing, Gestão Hospitalar ou áreas afins.Experiência em coordenação comercial ou de vendas, com liderança de equipe.Experiência comprovada com CRM (Salesforce ou similares), incluindo configuração de funil, padronização de processos e cobrança de uso pela equipe.Domínio de indicadores comerciais e análise de dados, com uso avançado de planilhas e ferramentas de dashboard (Looker Studio, Power BI ou similares).Vivência com inside sales e gestão de funil.Boa comunicação, escuta ativa e foco em relacionamento com o cliente.DiferenciaisExperiência na área da saúde, especialmente em oftalmologia ou hospitais e clínicas cirúrgicas.Conhecimento de convênios, tabelas e faturamento hospitalar.Experiência com trade marketing e parcerias corporativas.Pós-graduação em Gestão Comercial, Gestão em Saúde ou áreas relacionadas.Vivência com atendimento via WhatsApp Business e jornada omnichannel.Informações adicionaisContratação PJ.Trabalho presencial na Aldeota, Fortaleza, Ceará.Remuneração competitiva, composta por parte fixa e parte variável vinculada a indicadores de desempenho e qualidade do atendimento.
