Prestar assistência de enfermagem às gestantes e pacientes com alterações ginecológicas, coordenar o atendimento individualizado, respeitar riscos e a privacidade de cada paciente, orientar técnicos e auxiliares no desempenho de suas atribuições, prover material e equipamentos necessários com o objetivo de garantir a segurança e qualidade na assistência prestada.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar diariamente a Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem Perioperatória com as suas fases: pré, trans e pós-operatório.Realizar diariamente o Check List cirúrgico e fazer cumprir os passos para a segurança do paciente durante a permanência do paciente no Centro Cirúrgico;Realizar assistência de enfermagem à gestante, parturiente e puérpera.Receber e passar plantão diariamente por escrito (Sistema online) das parturientes e puérperas com toda equipe;Dimensionar diariamente a escala de acordo com a necessidade do setor, salas em trans, pré e pós parto;Acompanhar a evolução trabalho de parto;Coordenar e supervisionar diariamente as atividades da equipe quanto a Segurança do Binômio mãe e filho;Cumprir e fazer cumprir diariamente os registros da equipe de enfermagem garantindo a continuidade da assistência;Avaliar as pacientes quanto aos riscos , prescrever as prevenções relacionadas aos ricos identificados;Identificar o binômio mãe-filho conforme protocolo em sala operatória, com pulseira numerada;Auxiliar na Reanimação Neonatal;Executar assistência obstétrica em situações de emergência;Participar com a equipe multiprofissional das atividades dos programas de Saúde Materno Infantil Resolução COFEN 223/99;Identificar distócias obstétricas e tomar condutas, até chegada do médico;Preencher a Declaração de Nascido Vivo (DNV), emissão de laudo de enfermagem para autorização de internação hospitalar, conforme portaria SAS/MS 163/98, acompanhar a cliente até alta;Supervisionar e avaliar os membros da equipe de enfermagem no desenvolvimento de suas atividades, anotações da equipe de enfermagem e checagem com rubrica/ 1º nome nas prescrições;Prestar sempre que necessário cuidados de enfermagem diretos a pacientes graves e críticos;Realizar demais atividades pertinente a função.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Enfermagem;Pós-graduação nível especialização em Obstetrícia completa;Informática e pacote Office nível usuário;COREN ativo;Desejável experiência na função.Informações adicionaisHorário de trabalho: das 07:00 x 19:00 - escala 12x36Benefícios: VA, seguro de vida, parceria com o SESC e VT.
