Buscamos um(a) profissional para atuar na área de Compras, com foco em cotações, negociações, análise de propostas, controle de materiais e acompanhamento dos processos de aquisição. Essa pessoa será responsável por buscar as melhores condições comerciais, considerando custo-benefício, qualidade, prazos de entrega e necessidades das áreas solicitantes.Procuramos um perfil organizado, analítico, ágil e comprometido com resultados, que tenha iniciativa para identificar oportunidades de economia, desenvolver parcerias com fornecedores e contribuir para a eficiência dos processos de compras, especialmente nas demandas relacionadas Compras de Materiais e Serviços Indiretos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir processos de compras de materiais e serviços indiretos, abrangendo categorias como expediente, materiais gráficos, limpeza, descartáveis, hotelaria, TI, SESMT, manutenção predial e obras.Realizar cotações, negociar condições comerciais e analisar propostas, buscando o melhor custo-benefício, qualidade e prazos de entrega.Avaliar e selecionar fornecedores conforme critérios comerciais, técnicos e operacionais.Acompanhar pedidos de compra, prazos de entrega e eventuais não conformidades.Atender às demandas das áreas internas, alinhando especificações, prioridades e prazos de aquisição.Elaborar relatórios de compras, comparativos de preços e análises de gastos, identificando oportunidades de redução de custos.Manter organizados e atualizados os registros, cotações, propostas e documentos dos processos de aquisição.Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e otimização dos processos de compras.Executar demais atividades pertinentes à área.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação em andamento ou concluída em Administração, Logística, Atuárias, Contabilidade, Estatística ou áreas correlatas;Experiência prévia na área de compras, preferencialmente em segmentos relacionados a obras e manutenção;Conhecimento em processos de compras e negociação;Pacote office intermediário.

Organização: Capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas tarefas e priorizar atividades;Agilidade: Resposta rápida a demandas e adaptação a mudanças;Senso Crítico: Análise crítica de propostas e decisões assertivas;Comprometimento: Foco em resultados e cumprimento de prazos;Ética: Transparência e integridade nas relações com fornecedores e colegas;
