Receber, cadastrar e triar materiais biológicos encaminhados para a realização de exames, efetuando conferência dos mesmos e emitir etiquetas para identificação do material;Efetuar a lavagem de material reaproveitável;Realizar a digitação dos resultados bem como a impressão de laudos;Prestar atendimento telefônico para liberação de resultados;Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesReceber e triar materiais biológicos encaminhados para a realização de exames, efetuando conferência dos mesmos em relação a identificação e coleta correta das amostras, bem como verificar as conformidades ou não, conforme manual de normas interno e o solicitado em pedido médico;Cadastrar as amostras de materiais biológicos no S.I.L. (Sistema de Informática do Laboratório), digitando os dados necessários, para a emissão de etiquetas com código de barras e identificação do pedido médico;Auxiliar os Setores de Urinálise, Parasitologia e Hematologia, na preparação de materiais para a coleta de exames, identificando tubos e efetuando a separação por exames, conforme POP´s (Procedimentos Operacionais) relacionados aos exames a serem realizados, para posterior análise do profissional especializado;Separar e analisar os materiais a serem centrifugados e sorar os materiais de tubo seco, separando-os e distribuindo-os por Setor, para a realização dos exames;Digitar os resultados não liberados pelo S.I.L. (Sistema de Informática do Laboratório) e passar para o respectivo setor para validação técnica e complementação de laudos;Imprimir laudos de exames realizados no laboratório, separando-os em pastas (clientes externos) e (clientes internos), para análise do médico solicitante e liberação dos mesmos;Prestar atendimento telefônico para liberação de resultados para os colaboradores da área assistencial;Efetuar a lavagem de material reaproveitável (pipetas, tubos, etc.), para posterior utilização no setor técnico;Arquivar diariamente ao final de cada plantão, as OS´s validadas de pedidos de exames de clientes externos e internos, e mensalmente em caixas identificadas por Setor, para atender as normas da ONA (Organização Nacional de Acreditação);Desenvolver outras atividades, conforme necessidade, ou a critério de seu superior.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Desejável experiência na função.
