The posting

Welcome Every Patient. Set the Tone. Make Every First Impression Count.

We're looking for a compassionate, service minded Patient Registrar to join our Galveston team on a part-time basis. As one of the first people patients and families encounter, you'll help create a welcoming, organized, and reassuring experience from the moment they arrive.

This role combines exceptional customer service, communication, and organization in a fast paced Emergency Department where every interaction matters.

Some days you'll spend your shift welcoming patients, assisting families, and coordinating registration.

Other days you'll answer phones, support the clinical team, and help keep patient flow moving efficiently.

No two days look exactly the same.

If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and creating exceptional patient experiences, we'd love to meet you.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
