NOW HIRING – NIGHT AUDITOR

$16.00 PER HOUR | FULL-TIME WITH BENEFITS

Wyndham Midland Downtown Hotel is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. We are seeking a reliable individual who provides excellent guest service, works independently, and ensures accurate financial reporting during overnight operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet guests and provide friendly, professional customer service
  • Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
  • Answer phone calls and assist guests with requests
  • Perform nightly audit procedures and balance daily transactions
  • Prepare daily financial and operational reports
  • Process guest payments and maintain accurate records
  • Monitor hotel activity and assist with guest safety during overnight hours
  • Resolve guest concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Follow hotel policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work overnight shifts
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer and mathematical skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Previous hotel or front desk experience preferred
  • Night audit experience is a plus
