The Carraig Hotel, requires a Chef de Partie for it’s busy kitchen. Established and well reviewed hotel with award winning bar and restaurant. <a href="http://www.carraighotel.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">www.carraighotel.com</a>You must have at least 2 years chef work experience for this position. And experience in professional cookery. Main Duties and Responsibilities will include: Cooking food to order.Helping the head and sous chefs. Help with maintaining kitchen health and hygiene standards.Helping with the training of junior chefs.Job located at The Carraig Hotel, 33-36 Main Street, Carrick-on-Suir, Co.
