Description:CDI Cuisinier/Cuisinière La Hostellerie Stafelter recrute un(e) Cuisinier(ère) – CDISituée à Walferdange, la Hostellerie Stafelter est un hôtel-restaurant à taille humaine proposant une cuisine gastronomique de saison, élaborée à partir de produits frais. Pour renforcer la brigade de notre chef Tom Brosius, nous recherchons un(e) cuisinier(ère) motivé(e) et passionné(e).Vos missions• Préparation et dressage des plats à la carte, du menu de la semaine et des banquets• Mise en place quotidienne et participation à l'élaboration des nouvelles cartes• Respect des fiches techniques et des standards de qualité• Réception et contrôle des marchandises, gestion des stocks• Application stricte des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité (HACCP)• Entretien du poste de travail et de la cuisineVotre profil• Expérience réussie en cuisine, idéalement en restauration traditionnelle ou gastronomique• Formation en cuisine appréciée, mais l'expérience et la motivation priment• Rigueur, organisation et sens du travail en équipe• Capacité à travailler sous pression lors des services• Langues: français ; allemand ou luxembourgeois est un plus• Permis de conduire souhaitéNous vous offrons• CDI, 40 heures par semaine, du mardi au samedi• Rémunération selon la convention collective HORESCA• Repas du midi offert• Système de pointage : chaque heure travaillée est enregistrée et prise en compte• Une cuisine de qualité au sein d'une équipe soudée et à l'écouteCandidature:CV et lettre de motivation à: [email protected] Cuisinier ou diplôme équivalent (CAP Cuisine, Ausbildung zum Koch, etc.)
