Die hostettler autotechnik ag ist einer der führenden Partner des Schweizer Garagengewerbes für Ersatz\- und Verschleissteile, Zubehör und Werkstatteinrichtung sowie Generalimporteur von Nexen Reifen, Motul Schmierstoffen und Atera. Neben den Produkten liefert die hostettler autotechnik ag auch das entsprechende Know\-how: Informationssysteme, Hotline, Schulungen und Werkstattkonzepte ergänzen das massgeschneiderte Angebot für jede Garage. Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte und talentierte Persönlichkeit, damit der professionelle und persönliche Service weiterhin gewährleistet werden kann.

Deine Aufgaben --------------

  • Bearbeitung von Händleranfragen und Unterstützung der Kundenbetreuer
  • Pflege der Kundenstammdaten
  • Führung der Administration im Bereich der Werkstattkonzepte (Vertragsverwaltung, Verrechnung, etc.)
  • Eventorganisation und Event\-Teilnahme in Absprache mit der Konzeptleiterin
  • Erstellen von Prozessen und Prozessoptimierungen innerhalb der Konzeptabteilung
  • Mithilfe bei der Erstellung von Verkaufsdokumentationen
  • Pflege der Webseiten und Ausarbeitung von Kommunikationsmitteln
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Statistiken
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten

Dein Profil -----------

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder technische Grundausbildung mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung
  • Erfahrung in administrativen Aufgaben
  • Marketingkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie sehr gute ösischkenntnisse
  • Versierte Kenntnisse im Arbeiten mit der MS\-Office\-Palette, insbesondere Excel
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und gute Umgangsformen
