Die hostettler autotechnik ag ist einer der führenden Partner des Schweizer Garagengewerbes für Ersatz\- und Verschleissteile, Zubehör und Werkstatteinrichtung sowie Generalimporteur von Nexen Reifen, Motul Schmierstoffen und Atera. Neben den Produkten liefert die hostettler autotechnik ag auch das entsprechende Know\-how: Informationssysteme, Hotline, Schulungen und Werkstattkonzepte ergänzen das massgeschneiderte Angebot für jede Garage. Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte und talentierte Persönlichkeit, damit der professionelle und persönliche Service weiterhin gewährleistet werden kann.

Deine Aufgaben --------------

  • Bearbeitung von telefonischen und schriftlichen Kundenbestellungen
  • Kundenbedienung und \-beratung im Direktverkauf
  • Mithilfe bei der Lagerbewirtschaftung
  • Selbständige Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, Rücksendungen und Garantieabwicklungen
  • Auslieferung von Kundenbestellungen bei Bedarf

Dein Profil -----------

  • Abgeschlossene berufliche Grundbildung als Automobilfachmann/\-frau oder Detailhandelsfachmann/\-frau
  • Erfahrung in der Automobilbranche oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Gute PC\-Kenntnisse mit MS\-Office sowie ERP\-Erfahrung (Microsoft Dynamics 365\)
  • Führerausweis Kat. B und gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und kundenorientierte Umgangsformen
  • Speditive und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
