Als Accountant bist du Teil unseres kleinen Finance\-Teams und arbeitest eng mit einer Kollegin zusammen. Du sorgst dafür, dass die Buchungen sorgfältig und zuverlässig erledigt werden, damit wir uns jederzeit auf saubere Zahlen verlassen können. Neben den Routineaufgaben bringst du dein Verständnis für die Zusammenhänge ein und hilfst mit, unsere Abläufe weiterzuentwickeln. Dich erwartet ein kleines, familiäres Team, das auf gegenseitige Unterstützung setzt und eine unkomplizierte Zusammenarbeit lebt.

Deine Aufgaben ------------------

  • Du bearbeitest Geschäftsvorfälle in der Debitoren\- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung und unterstützt bei Kontenabstimmungen und beim Monatsabschluss.
  • Du erstellst und versendest Rechnungen und Mahnungen und behältst die offenen Forderungen im Blick.
  • Du arbeitest bei der Dokumentation und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Accounting\-Prozesse mit.
  • Du übernimmst administrative Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft und unterstützt uns gelegentlich am Empfang.
  • Du bist die Ansprechperson für buchhalterische Fragen aus dem Support und aus anderen internen Abteilungen.

Dein Profil ---------------

  • Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Grundbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Rechnungswesen.
  • Du bringst erste praktische Berufserfahrung in der Debitoren\- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung mit.
  • Du gehst sicher mit MS Office um und bringst solide Excel\-Kenntnisse mit.
  • Wenn du über SAP\-Kenntnisse verfügst, wäre das ein Pluspunkt (ist aber kein Muss).
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Aufgaben, setzt Prioritäten und arbeitest exakt und selbstständig.
  • Du bist offen für unterschiedliche Aufgaben und unterstützt das Team auch bei wechselnden Anforderungen.
  • Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch und kommunizierst freundlich und lösungsorientiert mit internen und externen Ansprechpersonen.
