Heb jij een passie voor gastvrijheid en ben je op zoek naar een extra uitdaging naast je huidige baan? Dan is dit jouw kans om mee te bouwen aan een splinternieuw hotel en samen met ons werken aan een onvergetelijke gastbeleving in Van der Valk Park Lane.

JE WERKPLEK

Park Lane is op zoek naar een flexi om ons Front Office team te komen versterken. In dit nieuwe, luxe 4-sterren plus hotel sta jij samen met je team klaar om service op hoog niveau te verlenen. Liggend aan het stadspark, met 174 luxe kamers, suites, en zalen, en een waanzinnige bar en restaurant. Een afwisselende en dynamische werkplek waar we staan voor het creëren van onvergetelijke ervaringen.

JOUW WERK

Als flexi front Office medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de gast en zorg jij samen met je team voor een optimale gastvrijheid en kwaliteit die past bij Park Lane. Jij ontvangt en draagt zorg voor onze gasten aan de receptie. Jij ziet een drukke dag en een special request van gasten als een uitdaging. Met jouw passie voor gastvrijheid en oog voor detail, bezorg je onze gasten een onvergetelijke ervaring.

Jouw taken omvatten onder anderen:

  • Het inchecken en uitchecken van kamerreserveringen;
  • Het maken van kamerreserveringen per telefoon, mail of aan de receptie;
  • Vragen van gasten beantwoorden of doorzetten naar de juiste collega;
  • Het afhandelen van betalingen;
  • Gasten adviseren over activiteiten, restaurants en andere leuke bezienswaardigheden in de stad Antwerpen;
  • Voorbereiden van geschenken;
  • Nauwe communicatie met de andere afdelingen;
  • Heb je al wat meer ervaring als Front Office medewerker? Dan zal je ook als Guest Relations activiteiten uitvoeren, zoals speciale gelegenheden voorbereiden, restaurant reserveringen elders verzorgen en gasten informeren over "hidden gems" in de stad.
