Tijdens je conciërge stage maak je deel uit van een enthousiast team en ben je betrokken bij de dagelijkse wensen van gasten in een luxe 5 sterren hotel.

Wat je gaat doen

Als conciërge stagiaire ondersteun je het conciërge team bij het leveren van een persoonlijke gastervaring daarbij leer je anticiperen op en proactief inspelen op de behoeften van gasten. Je ondersteunt bij het regelen van wensen van reserveringen voor restaurants tot excursies, daarnaast geef je lokale tips en beantwoord je uiteenlopende vragen van gasten. Je draagt bij aan een gastvrije ontvangst en zorgt ervoor dat alles tot in detail klopt, zodat gasten een onvergetelijk verblijf ervaren.

Wie jij bent

  • Deze stage is onderdeel van je opleiding (minstens 4 maanden)
  • Bereid om effectief te werken in een dynamische omgeving
  • Aandacht voor detail en nauwkeurigheid in uitvoering van taken
  • Positieve en dynamische teamspeler
  • Je bent proactief en leergierig
  • Vloeiend in Engels, andere talen spreken in een pre
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden om samen te werken met het team en management
  • Ernaar streven om het meeste uit je stage te halen.
