På Hotel Fratelli handlar service om mer än att checka in och checka ut gäster. Vi skapar minnesvärda upplevelser, bygger relationer och levererar service på högsta nivå, varje dag.

Vi söker nu en receptionist för en tjänst på minst 20 % (varannan helg), med möjlighet till fler arbetspass vid behov. För rätt person finns goda möjligheter att växa tillsammans med oss.

Det här är inte ett jobb för alla. Vi söker dig som genuint vill vara en del av Hotel Fratelli och som drivs av att ge varje gäst en upplevelse utöver det vanliga.

Vem är du?

Du är en person som förstår att service handlar om detaljer, närvaro och engagemang. Du tycker om att arbeta med människor och känner stolthet i att leverera kvalitet i varje möte.

Vi tror att du:

Har en positiv och professionell inställning.

Är ansvarstagande, lösningsorienterad och noggrann.

Trivs i ett högt tempo och kan hantera stressiga situationer med ett lugnt bemötande.

Har en naturlig känsla för service och värdskap.

Behärskar svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.

Ser detta som mer än bara ett jobb och vill bidra till hotellets fortsatta framgång.

Erfarenhet från hotell, restaurang eller annan serviceverksamhet är meriterande, men vi värdesätter rätt personlighet och inställning allra högst.

Vad innebär rollen?

Som receptionist är du ofta den första och sista personen våra gäster möter. Du ansvarar bland annat för:

In- och utcheckning av gäster.

Bokningar och gästförfrågningar.

Informationsgivning och concierge-service.

Hantering av betalningar och administration.

Att säkerställa att hotellets standarder följs och upprätthålls.

Att bidra till en varm, professionell och personlig atmosfär för våra gäster.
