Jouw rol:

Als Medewerker Sales Events ben jij vanuit onze salesafdeling het eerste aanspreekpunt voor zakelijke en particuliere aanvragen rondom evenementen. Je werkt binnen een veelzijdige evenementenmarkt. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan vergaderingen, trainingen, congressen en seminars, maar ook aan recepties, feesten, bruiloften en andere bijeenkomsten.

Je behandelt aanvragen telefonisch, per e-mail en tijdens persoonlijke afspraken en vertaalt de wensen van de opdrachtgever naar een passende offerte en uiteindelijk een concrete reservering. Met jouw commerciële instelling en gevoel voor gastvrijheid en service begeleid je de opdrachtgever vanaf het eerste contact tot de definitieve boeking.

Voor een goede overdracht en uitvoering onderhoud je nauw contact met onze operationele teams, die ervoor zorgen dat het evenement op de dag zelf tot in de puntjes wordt verzorgd. Daarnaast draag je bij aan de groei van onze zalenverhuur door middel van upselling en het leggen van nieuwe contacten.

Wat wij zoeken:

  • Commercieel talent met een proactieve instelling;
  • Ervaring in sales of reserveringen, bij voorkeur binnen de hospitality-branche;
  • Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Ervaring met reserveringssystemen is een pré;
  • Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Enthousiasme, overtuigingskracht en klantgerichtheid.

Wat wij bieden:

  • Een baan voor 3 tot 4 dagen per week in een dynamische werkomgeving, in principe van maandag t/m vrijdag tijdens kantooruren. Heel incidenteel kan een afspraak op zaterdag of in de vroege avond plaatsvinden;
