Deine Rolle bei uns:

* Du gewinnst neue Kund_innenen und baust langfristige Beziehungen zu Kund_innen im Freizeitsegment auf

* Du betreust bestehende Kund_innen professionell und entwickelst diese strategisch weiter

* Du entwickelst und setzt Verkaufsstrategien zur Umsatzsteigerung um und verhandelst Preise sowie individuelle Gruppenangebote

* Du analysierst Markttrends, Kund_innenbedürfnisse und Wettbewerbsaktivitäten in Abstimmung mit dem Head Office

* Du planst und organisierst Events zur Steigerung der Auslastung, insbesondere in den Nebensaisonen

* Du repräsentierst unser Unternehmen bei Messen, Workshops, Verkaufsreisen und Events

* Du erstellst Reports, behältst deine Ziele im Blick und leitest entsprechende Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung ab

Das bringst du mit:

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder in der Hotellerie, idealerweise im Bereich Leisure Sales

* Fundierte Kenntnisse der Tourismusbranche sowie der relevanten Märkte und Vertriebskanäle

* Idealerweise ein bestehendes Netzwerk zu Firmen und Agenturen für Incentives und Gruppenreisen

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie ein Talent für Netzwerken und Beziehungspflege

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf Niveau B2-C1, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

* Hohe Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft

* Bruttogehalt ab Euro 4.100,-/Monat (Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung)
