  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin EFZ oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position von Vorteil
  • Leidenschaft fürs Kochen und Freude am Umgang mit frischen, hochwertigen Produkten
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein und ein gutes Auge fürs Detail
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist und die Bereitschaft, gemeinsam anzupacken
  • Offenheit für Neues und Motivation, sich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Auch wenn es in der Küche einmal heiss hergeht, behalten Sie den Überblick und Ihre positive Art

  • Unterstützung des Chef de Partie bei der Organisation und Führung des Postens
  • Selbstständige Zubereitung und ansprechende Präsentation unserer Speisen
  • Verantwortung für eine sorgfältige und rechtzeitige Mise en Place
  • Sicherstellung einer konstant hohen Speisenqualität
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im À-la-carte-, Halbpensions- und Bankettgeschäft
  • Sorgfältiger und bewusster Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und Waren
  • Einhaltung unserer Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem gesamten Küchenteam
  • Einbringen eigener Ideen und Freude an der Weiterentwicklung unseres kulinarischen Angebots
