Für unser gemütliches Chalet im Hotel Hirschen Wildhaus suchen wir eine engagierte, herzliche und selbstständige Persönlichkeit, die mit Leidenschaft Gastgeber/in ist.

Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für deine eigene Servicestation und sorgst mit einem aufmerksamen, professionellen und freundlichen Service dafür, dass sich unsere Gäste rundum wohlfühlen.

Aufgabenbereich - Selbstständiges Führen und Betreuen einer eigenen Servicestation - Herzliche Begrüssung, Beratung und Betreuung unserer Gäste - Aufnahme von Speise- und Getränkebestellungen - Fachgerechtes Servieren von Speisen und Getränken - Aktiver Verkauf und Empfehlung unseres Speise- und Getränkeangebots - Selbstständiges Kassieren und Erstellen von Gästerechnungen - Vorbereitungsarbeiten (Mise en Place) für den Abendservice - Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Serviceablaufs in Zusammenarbeit mit Küche und Team - Verantwortung für Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Hygiene im eigenen Arbeitsbereich - Erledigung der täglichen Abschluss- und Reinigungsarbeiten

Anforderungsprofil Fachliche Anforderungen - Erfahrung im À-la-carte-Service, idealerweise in einem Restaurant oder Hotel - Fähigkeit, eine eigene Servicestation selbstständig und zuverlässig zu führen - Gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil - Grundkenntnisse im Speise- und Getränkeservice - Sicherer Umgang mit Bestell- und Kassensystemen von Vorteil - Bereitschaft zu regelmässigen Abend- und Wochenendeinsätzen

Persönliche Anforderungen - Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise - Freundliches, gepflegtes und professionelles Auftreten - Freude am Umgang mit Gästen und ausgeprägte Gastgebermentalität - Belastbarkeit und Ruhe auch bei hohem Gästeaufkommen - Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit - Eigeninitiative und ein gutes Auge für die Bedürfnisse unserer Gäste
