BEFRISTETES Dienstverhältnis nach Absprache! 1 Rezeptionist/in Arbeitsort: Hotel Hollweger, St. Gilgen

Arbeitszeit: 40 Stunden an 5 Tagen oder Teilzeit

Ihre Aufgaben

* Sie sind die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Gäste und kümmern sich um einen herzlichen Empfang sowie die professionelle Abwicklung von Check-in und Check-out.

* Sie betreuen unsere Gäste kompetent und freundlich am Telefon und erstellen individuelle Angebote.

* Sie nehmen telefonische und schriftliche Reservierungen entgegen und bearbeiten diese zuverlässig.

* Sie führen Buchungen und Reservierungen in unserem PMS-System Gastrodat durch.

* Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Housekeeping, der Küche und den weiteren Hotelabteilungen zusammen und sorgen für eine reibungslose Koordination.

* Sie verwalten Onlinebuchungen, bearbeiten E-Mails und kümmern sich um Gästebewertungen.

Ihr Profil

* Sie arbeiten selbstständig, strukturiert und zuverlässig.

* Sie zeichnen sich durch Belastbarkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamgeist aus.

* Sie sind flexibel und bereit, auch an Wochenenden sowie im Schichtdienst zu arbeiten.

* Sie überzeugen durch ein gepflegtes, freundliches und professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Gästen und Kollegen.

* Sie verfügen über Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2).

* Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Tourismus oder als Bürokaufmann/-frau.

* Berufserfahrung an einer Hotelrezeption ist von Vorteil.

* Sie verfügen über gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office und PMS-Systeme, idealerweise Gastrodat).

* Serviceorientierung, Diskretion und Freude am Umgang mit Gästen sind für Sie selbstverständlich.

* Auch in stressigen Situationen bewahren Sie einen kühlen Kopf und handeln souverän.
