A Camareira é responsável por limpar, arrumar e organizar os quartos, assegurando que estejam sempre em perfeito estado de higiene, conforto e apresentação, conforme os padrões de qualidade do hotel.

Entre suas atividades estão trocar roupas de cama e toalhas, higienizar banheiros, repor amenities e itens de frigobar, e verificar a manutenção dos ambientes. Também deve reportar irregularidades, cumprir normas de segurança e uso de EPIs, além de atender os hóspedes com cortesia e discrição, garantindo uma experiência agradável e acolhedora.

  • Limpar e arrumar os quartos de acordo com os padrões do hotel, incluindo a troca de roupas de cama e toalhas, limpeza de superfícies, aspirar e varrer pisos, e organização do ambiente.
  • Reabastecer os “amenities e garantir que todos os itens necessários (como sabonetes, shampoos, e papel higiênico) estejam disponíveis.
  • Reportar qualquer necessidade de manutenção ou reparo ao supervisor ou à equipe de manutenção.
  • Realizar, diariamente, a arrumação geral do quarto, organizando os objetos e arrumando as camas;
  • Higienização de banheiros;
  • Retirar os lixos dos quartos;
  • Limpeza completa dos quartos entre reservas;
  • Reposição de frigobar se necessário;
  • Revisar seu serviço e verificar se o quarto está em perfeito estado de uso;
  • Controlar e gerenciar os suprimentos e produtos de limpeza usados durante o serviço, garantindo que os carrinhos de limpeza estejam bem abastecidos e organizados.
  • Informar ao gestor imediato das irregularidades encontradas nas instalações das dependências de trabalho;
  • Seguir rigorosamente as normas de segurança e procedimentos estabelecidos pelo hotel para a limpeza e manuseio de produtos de limpeza.
  • Utilizar equipamentos de proteção individual (EPIs) quando necessário e garantir que todas as práticas de segurança sejam seguidas.
  • Oferecer um atendimento cortês e profissional aos hóspedes, respondendo a solicitações e necessidades relacionadas ao quarto.
  • Manter uma atitude amigável e prestativa durante a interação com os hóspedes e garantir a privacidade e a confidencialidade dos mesmos.
  • Completar checklists diários para garantir que todas as tarefas de limpeza sejam concluídas de acordo com as especificações.
  • Reportar quaisquer itens perdidos ou encontrados durante a limpeza ao supervisor e seguir os procedimentos estabelecidos para itens encontrados.
  • Trabalhar de forma colaborativa com outros membros da equipe de governança para garantir que todas as áreas do hotel estejam limpas e bem cuidadas.
  • Realizar demais atividades inerentes ao seu cargo.
