Wir suchen für ein Hotel in Innsbruck 1 Chef de partie (m./w.) Gesucht: Meister der Kulinarik, Held am Herd!

Wir bieten dir die Chance, Teil der 14-köpfigen Küchencrew eines angesehenen Restaurants zu werden, das seit 130 Jahren kulinarische Erfolgsgeschichte schreibt, ausgezeichnet mit zwei Falstaff Gabeln.

Deine Herausforderung:

Als Koch/Köchin bei uns bist du ein wahrer Held am Herd, der die Gäste mit seinen kreativen Kreationen verzaubert. Deine Aufgabe ist es nicht nur, Speisen zuzubereiten, sondern Geschichten zu erzählen - Geschichten von Aromen, Texturen und Emotionen, die unsere Gäste auf eine kulinarische Reise entführen.

Was wir von dir erwarten:

º Leidenschaft für Lebensmittel? Ein Muss!

º Kühlen Kopf bewahren: Selbst wenn die Hitze steigt und es hektisch wird, behältst du die Ruhe.

º Teamgeist: Echt, authentisch und unverfälscht.

º Flexibilität: Bei uns gibt es keine Routine, nur ständige Innovation.

º Abgeschlossene Fachausbildung und/oder mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung.

º Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B1): Du kommunizierst klar und effektiv, um sicherzustellen, dass jeder Handgriff sitzt.

º Kenntnisse der Hygienevorschriften (HACCP): Sauberkeit ist für dich nicht nur eine Pflicht, sondern eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Du kennst die höchsten Standards der Hygiene und setzt sie konsequent um.

º Eigenverantwortung und Einsatzbereitschaft: Du übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Handlungen und bist bereit, alles zu geben, um unsere Gäste glücklich zu machen und das Team zu unterstützen.
