Wir suchen für unser Hotel in Innsbruck 1 Küchengehilf(e)in und Frühstückskoch/-köchin (Tätigkeit in beiden Berufen) Mitten im Geschehen - mitten in Innsbruck

Für unser traditionsreiches Hotel & Restaurant Sailer mitten in Innsbruck suchen wir eine Küchenhilfe (m/w/d) in Vollzeit mit Teildienst, die unser Küchenteam tatkräftig unterstützt und während einer insgesamt 5-wöchigen Urlaubsvertretung auch die Aufgaben unseres Frühstückskochs übernimmt. Dabei beginnt dein Arbeitstag bereits um 04:30 Uhr morgens.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Mithilfe bei der Vor- und Zubereitung von Speisen

* Unterstützung beim Anrichten und Ausgeben

* Selbstständige Vorbereitung und Betreuung des Frühstücks während der Urlaubsvertretung

* Reinigung und Pflege der Arbeitsbereiche

* Einhaltung aller Hygienevorschriften (HACCP)

* Allgemeine Unterstützung unseres Küchenteams

Was wir von dir erwarten:

* Frühaufsteher-Mentalität: Ein Arbeitsbeginn um 04:30 Uhr ist für dich während der Frühstücksvertretung kein Problem.

* Erfahrung in der Küche: Idealerweise bringst du bereits Erfahrung in der Gastronomie mit und kannst bei Bedarf selbstständig arbeiten.

* Teamgeist: Du arbeitest gerne mit anderen zusammen und packst dort an, wo Hilfe gebraucht wird.

* Flexibilität: Du bist bereit, im Teildienst zu arbeiten und während der Urlaubsvertretung Frühdienste zu übernehmen.

* Belastbarkeit: Auch wenn es in der Küche einmal hektisch wird, behältst du den Überblick.

* Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B1): Du kannst dich gut mit deinen Kollegen verständigen.

* Hygienebewusstsein: Sauberkeit und die Einhaltung der HACCP-Richtlinien sind für dich selbstverständlich.

* Eigenverantwortung: Du arbeitest zuverlässig, sorgfältig und selbstständig.

* Wohnort Innsbruck oder Umgebung: Da wir keine Unterkunft und keinen Mitarbeiterparkplatz zur Verfügung stellen können, solltest du deinen Arbeitsplatz auch in den frühen Morgenstunden eigenständig erreichen können.

Deine Arbeitszeiten:

* Reguläre Arbeitszeiten (Teildienst): 09:30-14:15 Uhr und 17:30-22:15 Uhr

* Während der Urlaubsvertretung des Frühstückskochs (insgesamt 5 Wochen): 04:30-13:00 Uhr (durchgehender Frühdienst)

Diese Position unterliegt dem Kollektivvertrag für Arbeiter im Hotel- und Gastgewerbe. Eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung möglich.

Keine Unterkunft und kein Mitarbeiterparkplatz vorhanden.
