» Gästebetreuung & Beratung

» Erstellung und Verwaltung von Angeboten

» Professioneller Mailverkehr mit Gästen und Partnern

» Rechnungslegung und Bearbeitung von Zahlungen

» Check-in und Check-out der Gäste sowie Verwaltung der Reservierungen

» Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Veranstaltungen und Sonderanfragen im Ramen des Wochenprogramms

» Informationsvermittlung über lokale Attraktionen und Angebote

» Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung des Front Office sind herzlich willkommen

» Hohe Kreativität und Innovation fürs Unternehmen

Dein Profil

» Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im Hotel- oder Dienstleistungsbereich

» sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch sowie Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung

» Herzliches und professionelles Auftreten

» Teamfähigkeit und hohe Serviceorientierung

» Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit TAC und Protel

» Hohe Bereitschaft zur Verantwortung und Vorbildposition sowie selbständiger Arbeitsweise
