Word jij onze nachtelijke Vé-det?

Bij Hotel Vé stopt de gastbeleving niet wanneer de avond valt. Integendeel! Terwijl onze gasten genieten van hun nachtrust, zorg jij ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt en Vé 's morgens helemaal klaarstaat voor een nieuwe dag.

We zoeken een enthousiaste en zelfstandige nachtmedewerker die met plezier de verantwoordelijkheid neemt tijdens de nacht. Concreet zijn we op zoek naar een collega die 3 nachten zou willen doen om de twee weken, en dit op donderdag, vrijdag en zaterdagnacht van 23u – 7u.

Hotel Vé maakt deel uit van Vé, een unieke hospitalitybeleving in het hart van Mechelen. Onder Vé vallen niet alleen het hotel, maar ook onze wellnessfaciliteiten, meeting- en eventruimtes en restaurant Bistro Fuego. Als medewerker van Team Vé werk je daarom niet voor één afdeling, maar draag je bij aan de totaalervaring van al onze gasten.

Bij Vé geloven we in gastvrijheid, samenwerking en persoonlijke service. Samen zorgen we ervoor dat elke gast zich welkom voelt, of die nu komt overnachten, vergaderen, ontspannen in de wellness of genieten van een culinaire ervaring.

Wat houdt jouw nacht bij Vé in?

Je bent het vertrouwde gezicht voor onze gasten die 's avonds laat aankomen, 's nachts nog een vraag hebben of ’s ochtends erg vroeg vertrekken. Je verwelkomt hen met een glimlach en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zich welkom en veilig voelt.

Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat Vé er 's morgens weer piekfijn bij ligt. Je taken zijn onder andere:

  • Gasten verwelkomen en verder helpen bij late aankomsten of nachtelijke vragen.
  • Gasten een drankje aanbieden in de bar.
  • Een oogje in het zeil houden en waken over de rust en veiligheid in het hotel.
  • De gemeenschappelijke ruimtes schoonmaken (lobby, restaurant, wellness, …)
  • Het ontbijtbuffet en de ontbijtruimte voorbereiden.
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte overdracht naar het ochtendteam.

Geen administratieve functie of eindeloze computerwerkzaamheden, maar vooral een praktische, afwisselende job waarin gastvrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid centraal staan.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je bent een teamplayer en hebt ervaring om resultaten te bereiken met je team.
  • Je hebt een echte can-do hospitality mentaliteit. Ervaring in de hotelsector is een plus maar geen must.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt het overzicht, ook tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van andere talen is een plus.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en streeft naar een uitstekende gastbeleving.
